Warrior Flow

Come home to your body. A 75-minute movement journey led by Heartcore founder Jessie, where strength is shared and release becomes a ritual. This is your space to be held, seen, and reminded of your true warrior spirit—through the power of positive movement, in a setting that softens the edges and opens the heart. With no judgement, only curiosity, you’ll find breath, commitment, stillness, and aliveness in a community of like-hearted humans beside you. You’ll discover more of you.

This is Heartcore’s most mindful hot mat experience—a full-body flow designed to enhance flexibility, body awareness, balance, and core strength.
